Awful company. Ordered a laptop on ebay for my sons birthday but realised within 10 minutes i'd ordered the wrong one. Messaged them instantly and asked to cancel or change order to the right laptop but they refused and went ahead and posted it. Guess what, it's getting returned..... Avoid them, 0 customer service
