Normally, I would be frustrated at this point, but each time an issue arose, it was addressed immediately and without hassle. The communication was straightforward, polite, and friendly. I was given the option of a refund or a replacement, and I chose the replacement, which arrived quickly. What could have been a negative experience turned out to be quite the opposite. I would buy from Laptops Direct again in the future.
