The order was made online, the laptop arrived on the day & time specified via a secure delivery using a PIN number via DPD and in perfect condition.
A couple of days later I received a follow up call from Laptops Direct to ask if everything was Ok, and if I needed any assistance with anything to do with the order.
At the same time, I was offered a follow up service and repair contract which - to be perfectly fair - was very competitively priced.
I've used this Company to buy various hi-tech items, and have never been disappointed.
