I ordered an A2 refurbished HP Envy with SSD. There are no serviceable parts in these devices so they need to: 1. Clean; 2. Function check and repair if necessary, 3. Reset the operating system. Laptops direct failed on 2 of 3. The laptop was grubby, didn't charge correctly had a faulty battery and on return and examination, was told it had a motherboard fault and wouldn't be returned. I would say it's reasonably safe to assume refurbished meant stick it in a box and send it out. Following this customer service was awful, incompetent and frustrating. Fortunately they're a Google certified company and when I dealt with them through Google they responded. I won't ever use or recommend this company
