Faulty monitor. Spoke to LG who confirmed it was faulty and provided a reference. Sought to raise a return with this company and their "customer services" was absolutely appalling, right to their "Management" level (a guy called Asif). They "partner" with Which and so an image is created that they can be trusted. They can't; and I will make a complaint to Which. I got the distinct impression that if you let them they will take you for a ride (28 days for them to refund the £1000!!!) and they want to check the monitor themselves. Well that is their right; but if there is a dispute, LG the manufacturers, have said it is faulty and to return it. Rather check with LG via the reference, I was concerned this was dismissed and they said they would do there own tests???!!! They were clearly concerned when I said I would make Which aware of this experience.
