I'm writing this despite being informed by 'Reviews.io' that Laptops Direct are "cherry-picking" favourable reviews.
I successfully placed my order with James Thomason and all went well until my laptop was lost at the DPD depot. James got onto DPD straight away to establish what was going on. When it became obvious that the laptop was permanently 'lost' Jame's colleague dispatched a replacement straight away.
Obviously, I did not get my laptop as quickly as I wanted, but at least I was saved from getting the run-round from DPD.
