Ordered a A1 Refurbished desktop for 90% of the original price.
I have received used pre-owned with a low quality and different keyboard and mouse which were not in working condition. Customer Service is really bad. they are not easily reachable, not apologetic, and it took over 3 weeks for them to initiate the refund, I am still waiting for funds to come back.
