Dream customer service. Ordered a laptop on Friday to replace my daughter'sold one. Paid extra for next day delivery as she was returning to university on Sunday morning.
Website said next day delivery was available.
It wasn't. I was told it would arrive on Monday evening. This was no use so I tried to cancel the order but I was told I couldn't and I had to wait in and refuse delivery. I was also told that I had actually ordered the laptop on Saturday!!!
I now have to wait for my refund, minus my postage, for 5 days while they inspect the laptop which I have ever seen!!
Dreadful customer service. Please be careful with this company
