I bought a laptop from them, it was sold with certain specifications - the laptop I received did not have the hard ware in it as advertised. I approached them about it and they would not allow me to return the item or even understand they were at fault. I had to spend a further £15 on calls to them too.
Do not trust them at all - they do not sell you the item they're advertising or selling for. The laptop I paid for was £250 more than it should have been, based on the hard ware, and I did not receive this.
