delivered late then needed a repair 11 months after purchase. I Could get no progress reports at all then it appeared to go missing ! it was either in Huddersfield or Elland but no-one knew. I drove 40 miles to pick it up on reviving a confirmation it was ready- it wasn't !
now gone for 5 weeks and no sign of resolution. the customer service line takes an age to get through to.
