Laptop direct were unable to delivery a laptop in over a month of trying. The laptops were lost at DPD depot. Laptop direct do not respond to emessages, are very slow to respond to emails and nearly impossible to get hold of by phone. The live chat system has such a delay on it that they cut you off and then ignore you if you try to start a second chat.
Ok it may or may not be their fault that the laptops didn't arrive, but I had to do all the chasing, including contacting DPD. They were then very slow in sending a refund to me.
Generally very poor customer experience.
I have since bought a laptop from elsewhere which arrived with in 2 days.
