In a nutshell, not happy at all. I ordered a 3TB hard drive to replace one that failed in a RAID array and guess how it arrived? In a jiffy bag. No more protective packaging than that. No foam. No box. No "FRAGILE" stickers. They might as well have written my address on the foil wrapper and dropped it in the postbox >:-(
What sort of cowboy outfit sends something as fragile as a disk through the post with nothing more than about 4mm of bubble wrap to save it from shock or damage??? Granted, the drive actually worked, so I can't send it back as DOA or prove it's damaged internally, but equally I don't know if it's going to die in six months due to being bounced around a courier's van either.
I will never be dealing with this bunch of amateurs again.
