Having read reviews I did not know what to expect and was not happy that no landline number provided (hence minus one star). That said the DPD Delivery time slot of one hour was fine and worked. I ordered a Lenovo All in One which appeared to have wireless mouse and keyboard, but in box was wired Lenovo mouse and keyboard. I used online service to contact Laptops Direct and helpful service offered to post wireless items to me. I accepted that. I realise everyone will have different experiences but mine was fine especially lady who dealt with me using online service.
