I bought a refurbished chromebook for my daughter. The website was clear and the email notification of the sale came through quickly. There was an issue with the payment at my daughters end, but this was resolved quickly. My only issue was that although I got an expected date when it would be ready, I didn't receive the email saying it was ready to collect until after I had collected it! Otherwise all good and the service at the shop on collection was great.
