Excellent communication, I was kept updated at all stages of order through to delivery. Email sent to offer extended warranty on the refurbished laptop that I declined (£29.99 for 9mths). Item delivered was spec ordered and all works fine. Only downside was the refurb was described as A2 some slight marks; there are two scratches on the lid that are quite deep one I thought may be a crack, as it wasn't I didn't bother contacting laptopsdirect to complain as the laptop works fine. Overall recommended
