High spec and high value gaming monitor. Apparently dead pixels are no big deal on high spec gaming monitors 😪
This coupled with their standard jntial response which isn't compliant with CPA 2015 (they will seek to pass you onto the manufacturer. It is their duty under CPA to take responsibility.
We are now heading to Trading Standards.
