I have sent my laptop for trade in . Tracked down the parcel and it has been delivered to laptopsdirect 9 days ago. They do mention on their website that they will sent an email once they will receive the item,and you will have a quotation very soon. I called them two days after they receved the parcel just to be told that they might have the laptop but is not registered in warehouse, called them again next day to be told that they have up to 28 days to get in touch with you, but I will get a resolution next day !!! Called them again after few days to be told that they made a note on my account and i will receive an email next day
No email received until now !!!
Their customer service is appalling and what is advertised on their website is false advertising .be aware of this before having any business with them !
