I was buying a 12Tb Ironwolf Pro hard drive from Laptops Direct. The salesman, I believe his name was Simon B, but we’ll call him Mr Bull-Hitter. He assured me delivery would be two days (and one of those days was the BH: New Year’s Day).
It’s now been 8 days since placing the order and I still haven’t received the drive although the courier is claiming it will be delivered today.
I don’t yet know if the drive will be delivered in perfect condition.
Guess who won’t be getting any more of my business?
