Ordered an Asus Zenbook Flip with next working day delivery at £9.99 extra. DPD failed to deliver the next working day, Laptops Direct refunded my delivery fee straightaway with no quibble. Laptop arrived on next day, all working well, very pleased with my purchase, would recommend Laptops Direct but issues with DPD is nothing new.
