I was looking for a refurbished laptop for my son that he could do both his school work on from home as well as some gaming. I needed advice as I'm not PC savvy, so chose Laptops Direct as they were taking calls and emails during the covid lockdown climate. I had an extremely helpful advisor on email and phone who explained the terminology and emailed me a choice of options available, I rang her back to make an order which arrived a few days later. There were good email updates keeping me informed of the delivery. All in all I am extremely happy with the service (and the advisors' knowledge – thank you Gail!).
