It was nearly great. I ordered a laptop at 21:55 on a Friday, for delivery the next day. I immediately got an email saying unfortunately there'd been a warehouse problem and they couldn't ship it that day. I replied cancelling, there was no reply but next thing there was an email from DPD saying they had it, and indeed by 10:00 the next day here it was. So Laptopsdirect had just tried to dodge the cost of the Saturday delivery, while keeping the order. Then there were a couple of sketchy follow-up emails trying to lure me into bad deals. So it was actually a fantastic service, but spoiled by poor ethics.
