Ordered a refurbished A1 laptop. It was faulty.
Returned it and received replacement. It too was faulty.
Then had a protracted battle to get a decent replacement.
Promised delivery on Fri 5th June . Now Tues 9th and might just get one by Thurs.
Even with emails to the CEO (which he did not even bother to answer) they tried to give me an upgraded model BUT I had to pay in £100.
Terrible service, no clue about Customer Care.
Waiting now for 3rd replacement......watch this space.
