Avoid like the plague! This is the reality:- Failed sewerage soakaway still not repaired after six months from reporting problem and have lost 2 car parking spaces. Have to rely on tanker to monthly empty tank no idea if and when it will ever be repaired. Patio doors that do not open and close properly, chrome handles all corroded. Installer has attended 3 times but problems persist. Central Heating fault still not sorted after 5 mths since fault first occured. Rear garden not levelled as per brochure. Paving slabs faded from buff to white and dangerous in frost. Turf poorly laid so grass has died Front garden not levelled. Wardrobe doors jamming. Fascia generates loud cracking noises throughout the house in winter. This is an abridged list of problems so my advice is do no buy a Larkfleet house unless you want your life to be a misery! Once they have your cash its the wild west when it comes to trying to solve any problems you have with your new Larkfleet home!
