Avoid at all costs. Build quality beyond poor. Our house wasn’t finished or even painted 100% throughout. Leaks causing major damage to wooden flooring we had just installed. Customer Service is beyond appalling and the worst I’ve ever experienced in my whole life. Escalation process is a joke. Senior management Helen Hicks MD and Karl Hicks CEO did not even respond to my countless emails - shame on you both. I wouldn’t recommend this company if my life depended on it. Worst mistake of my life was buying from Larkfleet.
