They took our money, promised services they never delivered, and then attempted to charge extra to rectify their subpar work. When we confronted them about the issues, they vanished without taking any responsibility. It's truly disheartening to see a company operate this way – taking money, leaving the job incomplete, and jeopardising the safety of our place.
