Seeking advice from friends, I was directed to alexivictimhelps @ mail . com

“Unfortunately I was also scammed by this guy Niall Connolly when I wasn’t paid any salary for 6 weeks work.
! Went to tribunal and agreed on the salary I should receive . However all they do is close the business when they have run up lots of debt with suppliers , staff, sub contractors.
Consequently they leave half finished projects everywhere as suppliers and subbies refuse to work with them . It was impossible to get any work done.
The owner Niall asked me to lie about the project progress to clients
They also have the worst health an safety procedures I have ever seen in over 35 years in the industry. I’m surprised they havent caused a fatality .”
“WARNING !!! WARNING !!! WARNING!!!!
Rogue trader who exploits loopholes in the law to scam people out of their hard earned money.
Avoid Niall Patrick Connolly and any company associated with this scumbag like the PEST !!”
“BEWARE of this firm, which masquerades as a legitimate business but is, in reality, a CRIMINAL GANG, meticulously orchestrated by a particularly bad person. They engage in DECEPTIVE PRACTICES, fabricating outright lies and making false promises to entice innocent people into signing contracts that are clearly not in their best interest. Once they've ensnared you, they exploit your trust and resources, taking your money with absolutely no intention of fulfilling their commitments.
They left our project unfinished, plunging us into turmoil and abandoning us to navigate the ensuing chaos alone. They essentially took our money and ran away. THEY RUINED OUR LIVES, leaving us stranded in extreme difficulty. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY from them. They are the worst kind of criminals, preying on those who trust them and leaving a trail of destruction in their wake. DO NOT BE FOOLED by their guise of professionalism. THEY ARE A GANG, with every member complicit in their elaborate scams.”
“i suffered a signifanct financial loss due to this company and i know of others. abdallah jaddou, ioannis kyros and niall connolly are the masterminds behind the scam. they operate under many company names across london and surrey. do not use them and be extra careful if you are approached by them on homerun or nextdoor”
“Aj Niall and Ioannis scammed me big times. They owe me £50K for works carried out in 2022 and 2023. Do not work with them they won t pay you what they owe you”
“I have been scammed by Abdallah Jaddou and the Laterem Group.
Abdallah Jaddou, along with Niall Connolly, Ioannis Kyros, and others, has been doing dishonest things at Laterem Group for many years. This is a criminal gang and they will lie to get you to work for free for them.
I worked as a subcontractor with them briefly, and they currently owe me around £20,000. They often claim that clients haven't paid them, using it as an excuse to delay payments to subcontractors. I'm aware of at least 15 other subcontractors who are owed significant amounts, some up to £50,000.
If they ask you to do some work for them don’t take a job offer from them Laterem Group and Abdallah Jaddou s won't pay you as promised, and they won't respond to your messages.
They used to go by the name NP3 Group but they rebranded last year as Laterem Group to cover up their bad reputation.”
“The experience I have had with this company is disgust of their bullying and vindictive activities and lies through out the contract which was dissolved through hiring a third party contractor which proved that they had lied and caused more damage which needed to be rectified due to Laterem group negligence and fraudulent activities. This whole experience has left me feeling traumatised with the experience of dealing with members in this organisation has left me exhausted mentally. The mass victims they have left financially and mentally fragile is a deeply troubling trend. This is absolutely disgusting since projects was all falsely promised and contracts signed just to take money from myself and other clients.”
“I want to share my experience with Laterem Group, and it's essential to label it as a scam to alert potential clients. My engagement with Laterem Group quickly evolved into a nightmarish situation.
The lack of transparency regarding the project's progress and the misappropriation of funds for materials we never received were major concerns. It was evident that Laterem Group had no intention of fulfilling their promises.
Communication was a persistent issue, with the company often being unresponsive or offering vague replies. As our situation worsened, it escalated into criminal activity, with threats from individuals associated with Laterem Group.
I strongly caution anyone against doing business with them. Beware of Laterem Group, as my case demonstrates the worst kind of scam in the construction industry.”
“Do not do any work for this company if you are requested to do so. They simply won't pay you, and will totally ignore any contact attempts. ALL TRADES PEOPLE STEER CLEAR!”
“Avoid engaging with this company as they have no intentions of fulfilling their contracted obligations. They have deceitfully misrepresented their skills, experience, relationships with their workforce and suppliers, and even their own nationality. The owner's lack of integrity is evident in instances where he concocts false claims about his team's diligent on-site work, despite our firsthand observations revealing a complete lack of activity. Even after confirming the absence of any workers, the owner persists in falsely asserting their active presence. This consistent pattern of misrepresentation demonstrates a clear willingness to deceive and construct a fraudulent narrative about the project's progress. Ultimately, we chose to terminate our association with them and reported their fraudulent activities to the authorities.”
“Absolute fraudsters and bullies. The owner resorted to threatening my pregnant wife to get her to comply with his demand for more money. I don’t know how they sleep at night! They walked off site and left our property a mess. We have reported them to action fraud, citizen advice and the insolvency service. I strongly advise anyone reading this review not to use them. They sleep soundly at night while their clients don’t.”
“A truly unpleasant experience from beginning to end. They consistently misled us regarding their experience, qualifications, skills, past projects, and purported partnerships with companies such as Amazon, Google, Microsoft, TalkTalk, and Samsung. The job was outsourced to inexperienced workers found on Facebook, who later approached us for direct payment as Laterem Group allegedly failed to pay them. Despite our proof of payment to Laterem Group, they falsely claimed non-payment. After realising Laterem Group's deception, the workers abandoned the site, leaving behind a derelict house.”
“Terrible. Enlisted inexperienced 18 year olds for my project despite charging a premium. Claimed to be qualified interior designers and construction project managers, but I discovered otherwise. Their portfolio images were sourced from the internet. Provided false information about project progress and consistently demanded additional funds without proper justification. Failed to provide a Wren kitchen and media unit I paid for in full. Left the site and declined a refund with excuse that company is no longer trading which is false.”
“They lack any intention to fulfil the contracted works. The images of their purported past projects were sourced from Google. Furthermore, they provided false information about their professional credentials, falsely asserting expertise as interior designers and builders, and claiming associations with companies such as Google and Amazon. It was an utterly disappointing experience, the worst I've ever encountered.”
“This company is fraudulent, and I've suffered substantial financial losses as a result. They started unnecessary work without my approval and billed me retrospectively. When I challenged them, the owner resorted to threats and bully tactics to make me comply with his demand for more money. I recently initiated a claim with my bank to secure a full refund. I'm aware of other clients facing similar situations, all pursuing refunds through their banks. Don't lose hope if you've been victimised. There is a useful Facebook page about the company owner. Reach out to them, and they can connect you with other affected clients.”
“In short, Laterem and its owner did some bad things: They charged me for things they didn't give me. They put in unsafe electrical stuff and wanted me to pay extra to fix it. They often didn't show up, causing big delays in the work. My family couldn't cook or do laundry because of them. They even threatened and scared me and my family. Don't work with them or any related companies. They have many companies, so check carefully on Company House to avoid their tricky ways.”
