This company is fraudulent, and I've suffered substantial financial losses as a result. They started unnecessary work without my approval and billed me retrospectively. When I challenged them, the owner resorted to threats and bully tactics to make me comply with his demand for more money. I recently initiated a claim with my bank to secure a full refund.
