Terrible. Enlisted inexperienced 18 year olds for my project despite charging a premium. Claimed to be qualified interior designers and construction project managers, but I discovered otherwise. Their portfolio images were sourced from the internet. Provided false information about project progress and consistently demanded additional funds without proper justification. Failed to provide a Wren kitchen and media unit I paid for in full. Left the site and declined a refund with excuse that company is no longer trading which is false.
