Very unprofessional company! I placed an order over 3 months ago that didn't move to production at all, and recently received an email telling me that I had to seek out my own refund with the third party company, and replace my order if I still wanted it. Anyone who runs a business knows that these things are not the responsibility of the customer, they are the responsibility of the company, regardless of whether or not business relations went sour with a manufacturer or not. I'll be surprised if this review lasts without getting deleted, but I will be posting it elsewhere for sure. Don't ever order from this company, terrible customer service, and you may or may not even get the product you paid for.
