I don’t see all of the issues that others are having I have had multiple orders where everything fit perfectly from their normal product line and having custom pieces made that were awesome. I’ve had my outfits for years now with no tearing and no issues. Other than the chlorination being so expensive that I’ve done it myself I haven’t had any problems communication hasn’t been a problem. Yes there is a waiting period but with hundreds of orders there is going to be some delay especially during holidays like Halloween and Valentine’s Day.
