Ordered 4 months ago. No update whatsoever during that time. I contacted them 3 days ago to cancel because it's taking too long and I'm moving soon and they sent me an email to ask why I want to cancel. I replied to their email on the same day. Today I received another one from them advising that the order was shipped today and TO PLEASE ACCEPT IT even though I asked them to cancel it 3 days ago... I'm not if/when I'll receive my order but I'll look elsewhere in the future.
