NEVER AGAIN.
They manage to damage the buttons of 3 suits out of 3. Tailor made suits with mother pearl buttons, I cannot wear them until I get all the buttons replaced (let's see how much this will cost me now...). They offered no assistance at all and just pointed to the absence of a legal liability on their part: what you call a good customer service and customer experience. Never again!
