I was charged £50.00 for special care cleaning of my Burberry jacket, but upon return, I discovered that two buttons were damaged. This was the jacket's first cleaning, so the claim that such damage is normal is unacceptable. Additionally, while the original stain was removed, an unpleasant odor remains. Moreover, a white shirt that I sent along came back with new stains and unclean collars. Furthermore, a different jacket that had a minor hole now has a significantly enlarged hole; it was also returned with uncleaned pockets and stained cuffs. Despite providing photographic evidence of these issues, the cleaners have denied all responsibility.
