Laundry Heap took the same order from me most week that come to anywhere between £38-£60.
Then suddenly for the same load they said I clicked iron on my Non crease (therefore doesn’t need ironing) bedding, therefore they charged me £343! They refused to refund me and said that that’s the cost and they ironed the sheets (that didn’t need ironing).
They have completely lost a customer! Be careful of a crazy bill form them! They are not to be trusted as they just help themselves to your bank without any pre warning!
