I have sent expensive garments (Comme de Garçon and Sandro) for cleaning as I thought it would be better than washing them at home. A white shirt with black print and a beige t-shirt. They both came back ruined with blue stains and they claimed that it was dye from the print and they followed the cleaning instruction which is totally and factually false. Additionally, in line with their terms and conditions, they have no insurance, so they have the right to 1) charge for the service, 2) permanently destroying your garment and 3) take absolutely no responsibility for it. Stay away from this guys, I wouldn’t even trust them to wash Pennyes socks.
