Whilst our laundry was collected (and returned) the same day, I was initially confronted with a 'tip' request during the actual booking. Seriously, they wanted a GBP10 tip... for a GBP25 service??
Also, all of our clothes, whilst washed and dried, arrived back incredibly creased, as they'd been thrown into a bag straight from the dryer.
NOT IMPRESSED !!!
