Do not use this service. Absolutely awful experience. Used it for the first time and was incorrectly charged almost a £150 for ONE bag of laundry priced at £17.95 on the app. They incorrectly labelled the items and charged me per item. I spoke to various customer service agents and we just continued to go round in circles. They refused to offer a refund or discount.
The Landry was returned damp and smelled awful.
