Rushed back from work and cancelled a few appointments tonight just to wait for nothing. Driver didn't bother calling, nor ringing my door bell. There wasn't a missed call at all. Then I get a notification that the collection was unsuccessful. I cannot call Laundry Heap because there's no contact number and when I did eventually get a number, no one picked up the call. I had to rely on chat, and no one actually answered me until hours and hours later. I've been a long time customer of laundry heap but tonight's terrible service has made me think twice. I've cancelled the order and I will uninstall the app. Terrible terrible Terrible.
