I used LaundryHeap for the first time a couple weeks ago. I did not realise they gave me back the wrong suit until a week later when I was getting ready for a work function. So, the collected the wrong suit, and lost my €300 suit, only two months old. I should have known not to trust them as there is no way to contact them by phone.
