We contracted with them for snow removal but on the first day they should have come I get an email stating they have no one in my area to do the work. Why would they wait until the day of the snowstorm to tell me this. If they don't have people to do the work then they should no contract out services. This was a gift for some elderly relatives and now we are scrambling trying to figure something out for them. I do not recommend this service. Very unreliable and called and talked them and they just said well there is no one in your area.
