Worst customer service communication ever. No follow through. Each representative tells you a different story. My first service was offered on the 25th. I said no that I needed to be present for the initial cut so they set it for 27th and 28th. On the 25th I receive a message from mower saying see you on the 30th. No one contacted about change and when I called they said that was the day it was set for. No problem we will put it for the 27th. I check online two services on for the 30th and one for the 27th- 29th. It’s the 28th, no email no text. The original mower never responded back to my replies yo him via the app. All around complete disappointment and waste of my time.
