I placed an order for Viva Green Mossoff in early March and with a couple of days I had confirmation of shipment. Unfortunately after checking my tracking number it was still with the courier DHL. Reaching out to Lawnsmith they promptly responded and started investigating. Communication was top notch all the way resulting in a replacement product being sent out once DHL acknowledged they had lost my order. So as a company Lawnsmith are top of their game. Once I’ve tried the product I’ll feedback on that. I will be coming to order more products soon. Keep it up guys!
