“Both products received but not yet used due to cold weather. On assembling the aerator shoes I found one of the securing clips was missing. Lawnsmith Customers Services quickly sent out a new clip so I will be able to try and use the shoes when the ground is softer. Very responsive so happy with the customer service, thank you.”

“Looking really strong and healthy thus far. Only been down six weeks but thankfully none of the usual high nitrogen dark green grass that shoots up when it shouldn't do.I Have only completed the front two lawns this autumn. If all looks good in spring time I will then add the Spring fertilizer to the front lawns and the lawns at the back once I have scarified and aerated. I look forward to utilizing all the excellentadvice offered by Lawnsmith and their products in the future.”
