“Haven't used the product yet, however the delivery was very poor. Although I was home no attempt was made to advise me that it was being delivered and was left outside in the rain in a disintegrating cardboard box; fortunately the product itself was in a plastic sack so was not damaged. Lawnsmith need to review the delivery procedure with their chosen courier.”

“Both products received but not yet used due to cold weather. On assembling the aerator shoes I found one of the securing clips was missing. Lawnsmith Customers Services quickly sent out a new clip so I will be able to try and use the shoes when the ground is softer. Very responsive so happy with the customer service, thank you.”
