“Applied product on 2nd April. The grass at that time was quite green due to regular rainfall from Jan to Mid-March, with few frosts and no really cold weather during winter. Three weeks on we've had no rainfall, so the lawn has been watered by sprinkler every few days. The grass is looking a bit thicker, but no noticible change in colour.”
“I have used Lawnsmith for several years always witout problems. The most recent delivery was not satisfactory. The packaging for the fertiliser and grass seed was poor and arrived damaged, but the products were unscathed. The Greenup Ferrous suphate was dreadful. The outer box was weak and had been taped up by the courier. It had clearly been dropped as when I opened the box the tub had split spilling some content into the box. This was discovered on a Sunday so I decided to use the product anyway. I notified Lawnsmith who without hesitatoin or seeking proof immediately setn another tub FOC That arrived in perfect condition. Although I was unhappy with the packing, I cannot fault Lawnsmith's service which is exemplary. I hope they take note of my pacaging observatoins, but I have no hesitiation in continuing to use their services and products. Mistakes are made, but the way they are rectified demonstrates the integrity of the supplier, in this case as I have said, Lawnsmith were faultless.”
