Answered promptly wnen emailed a question. My only criticism has been when I ordered the granule fertiliser, on delivery, the plastic bag inside the cardboard box had torn at the bottom and I lost about a quarter of the contents when removing the bag from the box. I think the bag should be stronger and perhaps protected with some padding inside the box
