I ordered both the aerator and the wetting agent but the realised l only needed the wetting agent. When l rang to cancel the aerator it had already been picked but the gentleman on the phone said he would get it cancelled and refund the aerator. Finished call and sure enough he emailed a few minutes later to confirm aerator cost has been refunded and my bank confirmed only wetting agent charged. Very efficient. Too early to review wetting agent.
