I bought 3 chairs in all, and one had missing parts. I didn't report to Lazada, since the supplier has been coordinating. Eventually after a month, the merchant (Chuass Office) didn't complete the parts. I called Lazada to ask for the contact number of the merchant, since there's no response in chats. I was just given 2 cellphone numbers, both not working. I was asking for the landline and address, but none was given. Now the Lazada supervisor claims that they cannot contact me, when I as holding my phone the whole time today. The least that Lazada can do is to help contact Chuass Office, and help me complete the parts. It is their responsibility to provide the contact numbers of their suppliers or at least assist.
I will not order there again, Lost Php 1,400.
