Worse service. They sent me the wrong item but refuses to have it picked up for return, insisting that I am the one who needs to have the wrong item that they sent, dropped off. This policy is so shamelessly stupid and does not value the customer making Lazada the most ambitious but worse online shop in the Philippines. Lazada sent me the mistaken item but they couldn’t come to my house to pick it up for return. Why? I don’t understand why it’s so hard for them to come pick up the item that they tediously delivered to my house but cannot pick it up because it’s less than 20 kgs?… That’s not logical. And that’s not fair for the customers. Why would the customers bow down to your mistakes, Lazada? Why?
