Customers must be the ones to adjust to courier schedule even when they were inforned to deliver the package in the morning only because customer is at work in the afternoon. Some couriers just cancel orders even without text or call. Sone wants you to pay by gcash and tell you that they are in the place but not there. So i prefer cash on delivery because some couriers are like that. They want you to pay even the order is not delivered or they cancel and some are very distespectful. Also there are many scammers who deliver wrong items.
