I have been a Lazada customer for awhile. Everything was fine until last year where almost all of my orders had been delivered. Worst delivery service and worst customer service. Very hard to reach and sometimes the telephone number given can’t be reach. Been promising customer to better their service but it’s getting worst. You have to solve your concerns as they don’t care to fix it. So I’ve decide to stop ordering to avoid stress. Don’t order from Lazada if you don’t want stress in your life
