I love shopping in Lazada online but once you press “received” the item, they will not help you to return or refund and you must deal with the seller but unfortunately the seller will send you back to Lazada to process the return/refund. The “Received” button is deceiving so the Lazada won’t process the “return/refund and that is not acceptable at all!
